About the operator
State-house belt friable removal under containment
Pae Coastal has held a Class A licence since the 2016 regulations came in and runs a four-truck operation out of Henderson. Most of their work sits in the state-house belt through New Lynn, Glen Eden, and Avondale — friable insulation removal, ceiling lining strip-outs, and pre-demolition surveys. They are also a regular subcontractor on Kāinga Ora retrofit programmes.
